Paul McGuire

I I have decided to launch a ministry as a Bible teacher, evangelist, and to start a church in Southern California or serve as a pastor at an existing church.  I was privileged to be one the featured speakers at Dr. David Hocking’s annual Israel & Bible prophecy conference at the mega-church Calvary Chapel in Chino Hills whose pastor is that great man of God Jack Hibbs. At the end of the conference, David Hocking put his arm around m and said, “Maybe you should reconsider your career…you are a preacher!”  David’s words were strangely prophetic. The Lord had been dealing with me for quite some time about being a full time pastor, and Bible teacher. I finally decided it was time to answer the call of God on my life.  But, also I intend to stay in radio.

The Paul McGuire Show, which was one of the most successful radio programs in the nation, in its genre was not an ordinary show. People accepted Jesus Christ live on the air, people repented of their sins, men and women returned to church and started walking with the Lord.  It was not a normal radio show, God was moving powerfully and lives were being transformed by the Gospel of Christ.  It had nothing to do with me.  Without your prayers nothing would have happened.  This was not about I am a radio talk show host, and you are the audience.  We were a family of believers who came together over the air.  Praise God for what He has done!

I know that one day I am going to stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ, and give an account of my life. 

“I want to stand before Jesus knowing that I spent my life helping the orphans, the poor, evangelizing the lost, and making disciples. God isn’t going to ask me how much money did you make, how famous you are, or what kind of car you drive. He is going to ask me what did I do for Him. I’ll tell you what I want to go out of this world serving Jesus Christ.” As such  I have decided to start a church, and go into the ministry full time.

In addition both Kristina, and Paul have aburden of building schools and evangelizing in places like Mexico, India, Africa and other nations so we are going to build Christian schools, start churches, and evangelize in these nations as part of our ministy.  We will continue to stand for Israel and work diligently to teach God’s people of the importance of standing with Israel in practical ways.  In our new ministry we are going to go into the inner cities of America and reach out to troubled youth.  We will feed the hungry by partnering with Gospel centered organizations.

However, we need your prayers and support.  We are literally stepping out on faith to do this.  We have no big church or wealthy individual to help us.  Its just us, and at this time no staff.  We are just starting up, and I am basically doing everything.  We will keep you posted regularly on this website and paulmcguire.org and paulmcguire.com.  We hope to set up an E Mail blast and we need someone to help us with the website and things like this as a volunteer.  When we get up and running we will be able to pay people but right now we are starting from scratch. Also, we are drawing papers to become a non-profit church.  If you are an Attorney or know an Attorney who can volunteer to do this that would be great.  Again, we are starting from nothing but the call of God.
